• Online order: your first name and phone number are optional. They are only added to the WhatsApp message that you send yourself. The site does not store them.
• WhatsApp, phone, e-mail: your messages are only used to answer you (price, availability, visit). WhatsApp is a Meta service, with its own rules.
• Shop area: for the S.K.P.S team only. Customer details (name, phone, vehicle, quotes, invoices) are used there to follow the work and for invoicing. They are kept as long as the service and accounting obligations require.
• No data is sold. The site uses no advertising and no statistics tool.
• The host may keep technical logs (IP address, browser) for the security of the site.

Under Tunisian organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to kammounahmed.skps@gmail.com. You can also contact the INPDP, the Tunisian data protection authority (inpdp.tn).

A single cookie remembers your language (FR or EN). The shop area also uses the team’s sign-in. No advertising cookies.
